Money saver

So far it seems to be working well. This is my first go-around using rechargeable batteries. I think I am going to appreciate the savings of this device.

Works as it should be!

In use they've worked without fault. No problems in my mini torch and home smoke detectors (I don't have that many products that need such batteries, so haven't been able to test in anything else). Unlike some other rechargeables which are often a lower voltage (eg 1.2V instead of 1.5V), these are 9V so you should not encounter any compatibility problems.

Finally came up with a rechargeable 9 volt battery.

So thankful that someone finally came up with a rechargeable 9 volt battery, since they are so costly and we use them for so many toys and smoke detectors. Haven't noticed yet how long the charge stays though, hence the 4-stars. I'll update it when I have more information.

I bought these to use in our home smoke detectors!

I bought these to use in our home smoke detectors, which are hard wired with battery backup. I tested the batteries when the detectors started chirping, and they were still putting out about 7.5 Volts, so I know that smoke detectors require a high output.

Nice batteries!

The batteries arrived simply packaged in a cardboard box (sadly no plastic carrying case like with the iEGrow AA and AAA batteries). Rather nicely they come pre-charged - note that no charger is supplied so you will need to have your own charger to recharge them.

I’m very happy with these batteries. They work very well and the current price of $16.99 for 4 seems quite reasonable. Recommended.

Pros: + No compatibility problems + Low discharge when not in use Cons: - None, really I'm very happy with these batteries. They work very well and the current price of $16.99 for 4 seems quite reasonable. Recommended.
